Opening show for Celsius
This video-mapping was organised by the University of Zittau to open its new section called Celsius. This part newly deals with the development of public networks such as transport, energy, information. This fact is also reflected in the second half of the video mapping. The first half focuses on the history of the building, which is part of a former thread spinning factory.
Execution
We first scanned the building with a drone and performed photogrammetry using 500 photos and created an accurate model of the building's facade. We than positioned over 8,500 bricks by hand to later move them independently.
